Data-forms for customers
You can create custom data-forms, that are attached to a customer entry.
This way you can get the information once and have it appear in all bookings by this customer.
You could for example save the customers preferred delivery address, or secondary contact data.
Another use case (and one that was often requested) is marking the customer as “Premium” / “Basic” / “Blacklist” / etc.
To create such a data-form simply go to the data-form settings and click on the “Add form” button.
You can then give it a name and add the fields you need. You will need to set the field “Application” to “CRM customer”.

In this screenshot you see how we would set up the Premium/Basic/Blacklist example from above.
Once the form is created and saved, you can go to your customers list, click on a customer and then click on the “add data-form” button:

In the sidebar you can then select your data-form and attach it to the customer. Once attached you can fill out the fields.
Now when this customer creates a booking (or you create a booking and attach the customer to it), you will see the information in the booking itself and be able to edit it.
When you create a new booking, with a new customer, you can attach a data-form to the customer and fill in the data. It will then be shown in subsequent bookings by this customer and can also be edited there.

The difference between the customer data-form and the booking data-form is that the customer data-form doesn’t need to be filled out on further bookings by the same customer. With the booking data-form on the other hand, the data only exists within the booking.
Currently the customer data-form can not be used in the online booking-flow.
We want to enable this from 2027, but for that we first need to create a feature “customer-login”.
