There is multiple events or status updates you might want to keep an eye on. In a classic scenario a customer will come and pickup his product or checkin to start the booking. In most cases there is a transaction process involved to check the condition.

The checklists can be configured for both pickup and return process.

Checks

• Check pickup condition

• Possibly mileage, fuel level, charge or similar

• Document status by uploading images

• Confirm processes with signatures

• Check return condition

Create article related checks

Navigate to your product details, open the “Specs” menu and go to “Protocol config”. There is five sections by default:

Documents

All paper and documents that belong to this article.

Equipment

What things do come with the article, that need to be checked.

Interior

Such as things you need to check inside.

Exterior

Such as things you need to check on the outside.

Cleanliness

How clean or dirty is the article.

Documentation

Upload a picture for a certain part of the article.

Create generic checks for every product

Navigate to “Settings / Interactions” to see all of your options to change your workflow.

Click on “Add task” to create a generic check for every order.

You can set the protocols to option or hide them entirely to make it work.
