How to go live

If you decide to use Rentware, there are a few steps to ensuring your have a smooth start.
1) Become a customer
To become a customer please contact us at sales@rentware.com, or via phone
(+49 30 920 385 40 12).
2) Test your setup
We highly recommend you make a few test bookings via the bookings widgets, to make sure that the booking flow your customers will see is working exactly the way you want it to.
Beware: Do not enter real orders, before step 3. All those will be lost, when deleting the test bookings.
3) Delete the test bookings
In order to start with a clean slate, we can delete all test bookings / invoices / etc.
If you wish to do that, just write us a quick e-mail at support@rentware.com
4) Enter your existing bookings
Once your account is cleaned of test bookings, you will want to enter any existing bookings from before your time with Rentware. This way you avoid any conflicts with new bookings.
For that simply go to the orders list and create the bookings via the plus in the upper right corner.
5) Integrate the widgets on your website
Once you have your existing bookings in the system, you’re good to go. Now just enable the widgets on your website, so that customers can book through them.
