quickstart business cover

To get you started renting out online, we need to align you with our system. Let’s have a look at the business settings to kick things off, which is the first part of your setup.

Segments

Before we go into your company specific details, let’s customize your business segments first. You can either just create one segment to contain all of your products or you create multiple segments, based on your business model. A few examples could be Main / Extras or Cars / Bikes / Boats. You can add or delete (empty) segments later on.

Region

Fill in your details what your locations units (currency & metric/imperial system) are and who you are serving and therefore what languages your customers speak. Your default language should be the same you originate from.

Lastly configure your tax classes, for standard tax over discounted tax and tax-free (0%) products. Once you created your tax classes you can add them to your products.

Station

Next up is your stations location data, starting with the address of your location. Connected are the openings hours of your station. You can choose from various presets for simple setups for every day same hours or configure every day individually. At last are optional contact details which can be shown on your customer correspondence.

You can add more stations later on under Settings/Locations.

Documents

The last step of your business setup are the settings for your invoices and contracts. Create your individual invoice numbering first to automatically print an invoice with every completed order. After that you can choose how to send your contracts and add your digital signature to automate your contract process.
