Groups (or tags) are the best way to build clusters of articles belonging to each other

Groups can also be used to simplify the management of your booking search and reporting.

Functions of groups

  • Build search flows on your website more easily with groups

  • Add groups to products to be automatically to cart together with another one

  • Select a group in reporting to more easily select revenues


How to add groups:

1) Open your product details
First go to the Inventory tab and open one of your products or create a new one. Look further down the description for the ‘Group’ selector and select or create a group.

2) Select an existing group tag of the list

Select one or more to specify your inventory in the way you need it.

3) Create a new group tag

Start typing in the group field to create a new tag. Once created it will be accessible everywhere in your system automatically. Make sure to add newly created tags to your product search website widgets later, to make the new group visible.

4) Unselect groups

In case you want to unselect an article from a group, simply click on the “X” button.
